20-HOUR Trauma-Informed Foundational Facilitation Training
April 24-26, 2026

OVERVIEW

This foundational 20‑hour training offers a spacious, trauma‑informed introduction to the art of holding space. It weaves together nervous system literacy, interoceptive awareness, and empowered language with a deep commitment to cultural humility, collective care, and holistic integration. Designed especially for yoga facilitators and wellness professionals, it welcomes those who hold space—for others and for themselves—whether guiding with presence, listening with their whole bodies, or offering compassion in every gesture. This is where healing meets learning. The core principles of trauma‑informed facilitation will be discussed, offering participants a clear framework to integrate into their practice. Facilitation is approached as a shared journey—one that honors the wisdom already present within each participant and fosters autonomy throughout the learning process. By the end of the training, you will gain the skills to hold space through a trauma‑informed lens, cultivating practices that are both empowering and inclusive. Whether new to this work or refining an existing approach, this weekend offers an embodied exploration of trauma‑informed facilitation

Rooted in nervous system literacy, interoceptive awareness, and invitational language, the program offers a layered curriculum designed to support both personal transformation and professional integrity.
