The Nervous System Regulation Program

The program is an experiential and guided experience to support embodiment. This is 8 weeks of rewiring and retraining habit change then regulating our nervous system to help unlock the natural healing ability of our bodies.

Pregnancy Preparation & Beyond Yoga Care

This will help empower yourself, to find calm when you’re feeling overwhelmed, or to connect to your body throughout your cycle. A space of practice at least twice a week for you, and best to practice with your spouse.

When I learned I was pregnant, I just turned 40 and was anxious if my body was ready for childbirth. I was already practicing Yin Yoga with Krishna and so I explored the possibility of doing one-on-one pre-natal yoga sessions. Krishna agreed and even accommodated to have the sessions in her own space. The sessions were always special–Krishna made sure I always felt safe and comfortable in all the poses, she also prepared affirmation statements about motherhood during practice and this helped prepare not only my body but more importantly my mind and heart for childbirth and beyond. – Mia
