A trauma‑sensitive session is offered with an emphasis on choice‑making, present‑moment experience, and opportunities to notice sensations in the body. Participants are invited to explore movements and forms at their own pace, with options provided throughout the session. The facilitator participates alongside the group to support a shared authentic experience, while avoiding directing or influencing how anyone should move or feel. The session is not oriented toward a specific outcome and is offered as an opportunity to explore one’s own internal experience. Sessions take place at 470 Ridout Street N, London, Ontario

This retreat is offered once or twice a year and includes an opening circle, opportunities for connection, optional movement and awareness practices, a closing circle, healthy snacks, and gift bags. To offer a sense of predictability, an itinerary will be emailed to each participant closer to the date. Participants are invited to engage at their own pace throughout the day.

Sliding Scale Offering
I recognize that our society is inherently biased toward those who have wealth more readily acquire more wealth, while those who do not have wealth disproportionately deal with more challenges and obstacles to comfort and financial freedom. Anyone is welcome to attend my offerings and choose whichever pricing suggestions works best for you. Further subsidized rates are available upon request for those experiencing significant financial limitations.
